Portable screening requirements

Applicants have the right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report, if provided, landlord is prohibited from charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee or charging a prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the Portable Tenant Screening Report.

1. Portable Tenant Screening Report must meet certain requirements:
2. Current, 30 days or less.
3. Applicants Name
4. Applicants Contact Information
5. Verification of Employment and Income
6. Last-Known Address
7. If satisfied, an application fee should not be charged.
